Family Preservation Prevention Service

iHOPE provides resources, training, and more to help families protect their children from the dangers of substance abuse.

Connecting Parents with Critical Drug Prevention Resources

As a peer-led and driven organization, our team is dedicated to serving families in our local community. We can connect parents with resources to better communicate with their children about substance abuse.

This project aims to increase positive outcomes for families by providing coordination of services, training, education, and peer support services to assist parents and families in achieving long-term recovery and preventing future DFCS intervention.

Some of our resources include:

All Recovery Parent Meeting

As a parent in recovery, you have taken the courageous step to commit to long-term recovery, and we understand that you need a space to conversate about your children! Our All Recovery Parent Meetings support all parents in recovery from substance use disorder to listen, learn and dialogue about recovery topics concerning our toddlers, tweens, teens, and adult children affected by our addiction!

Empowered by our Recovery!

DFCS Collaboration Trainings

We will cultivate relationships with the local DFCS Liaison and assist in interactions and coordination with DFCS, Family Treatment Courts, and meaningful support while participating in collaborative cross-training.

Parent Advocacy

Advocate for parents as services plans are developed and assist parents in developing their own self-directed care plans and advance directives to strengthen their parenting skills and manage their own recovery. Support coordination of parent-child visitation and strengthening bonding between parent and children.
